The right to freedom of association

LGB International has made a submission on Draft General Comment No. 38 on Article 22 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (the right to freedom of association). We submitted this collectively to the Human Rights Committee of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. Our submission shows that LGB people are losing our right of free assembly, both by legal changes that have changed the definitions of woman, man, gay and lesbian and through increasing domestic terrorism directed towards LGB people when we try to meeting without heterosexuals.
